Empowering women, a core value of Aauraa Home Fashion, is to level the employment field for underprivileged women by providing confident livelihood options that enhance women’s economic status, dignity, and decision-making within their families.

Our women staff are offered government-certified training on home textile manufacturing for three months with incentives. Once they are qualified, they are promoted to various departments, motivated with individual responsibilities and allowed to flourish professionally. They also benefit from a workplace-based women’s health program which gives them general and reproductive health education.

Empowering women is not only  a corporate social responsibility (CSR) for us but also an economic opportunity that helps promote the sustainability of local communities.
