DESIGN STUDIO
​
An extremely talented, all-women team of designers and merchandisers along with our technical staff are constantly researching and studying current trends and ideas to design and develop the latest designs and products.
EMBROIDERY UNIT
​
One of our core strengths is our embroidery unit, equipped with sophisticated computerized multi head embroidery machines capable of executing the most intricate and delicate designs. We have a data bank of over 1000 hand simulated embroidery techniques.
DIGITAL PRINTING
​
Aauraa Home Fashion is one of the two in-house digital production units in Karur with a wide range of digitally engineered textile products, especially kitchen towels. We specialise in an increased number of colours and shades, with a watercolour effect created with our semi-automatic digital printer that has a 12 colour feature. The advantages of this are- short delivery time, enhanced design quality, large production capacity and reduced wastage. Digital prints have been trending for a while now and we have got them just right.
STORAGE

Our storage unit consists of a total built-up area of 10,000 sq ft with a team that ensures on-time and prompt delivery.
INSPECTION & QC
​
A raw inspection takes place at the early stage of every process to detect and avoid any possible defect. Employees are trained thoroughly when it comes to inspection standards, to ensure that there is absolutely no compromise on our QC, which happens at almost every stage of production.
STITCHING AND FINISHING
​
We have a fully equipped in-house stitching unit with huge capacities managed by line supervisors and quality controllers monitoring the quality of sewing and finishing constantly so that the buyer parameters are met consistently.
PRINTING UNIT
​
In order to accommodate increasing demands, we are equipped with a variety of printing machines that offer screen printing, rotary printing and semi automatic digital printing with 12 color accomodation.
WEAVING
​
Our 20,0000 sq ft weaving unit is housed in a modern complex and consists of warping machines, auto-looms, power looms and handlooms such as the airjet, sulzer, and rapier that enable us to create different textures and fabrics along with jacquards and dobbies.

We have taken all the possible measures during the pandemic to ensure that our employees are protected and are welcome to a safe environment at work. From temperature checks to thorough sanitization of equipment and other surfaces, to maintaining a social distance at all times, we have managed to stay safe.
